All lives are different and require adaptive experiences as we shift through a swiftly changing planet.
This is where the art of story-telling can gain perspective and shed the lens on human rights and socal justice. Inspiring dialogue from the unheard and oppressed peoples.
My intention is to focus the lens on individuals or groups of people sharing their POV (point of view) via stories that amplify voices through spoken word, movement, music, multi-lingual, sign-language, smell, taste and performative arts and biographies that evoke the mind, body and spirit within.

In my role as a Radio Show host on WHIV-FM 102.3, a station dedicated to Social Justice I identify as a climate optimist and peaceful activist- sharing and telling stories that I believe are relevant in creating a better world.
My passion and inspirations stem from my belief in the interconnectedness of all things.
Wellness
"Choosing to be 'well' is more than being free from illness".
Wellness is a process of change and growth that impacts individuals uniquely through mental, physical, emotional, social-economic injustices, and even archaic belief systems. I believe everything we feel and do effects our state of WELL BEING and directly reflects in our actions and outward emotions.
Specializing in serving underserved and overlooked populations like the elderly, youth at risk, LGBTQ+, and marginalized indigenous populations.
